Shipping & Delivery Policy

At AP Rides LLC, we are committed to providing reliable and transparent shipping services for our customers. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping charges, order processing times, estimated transit times, delivery expectations, and return-shipping responsibilities.

1. Shipping Coverage

AP Rides LLC ships Mountain Bikes and other eligible products to customers throughout the United States. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier restrictions, and other logistical considerations.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. AP Rides LLC is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses supplied by the customer.

2. Shipping Cost

Our standard shipping and delivery charge is $1,000 per order, unless otherwise stated on the product page, quotation, invoice, or checkout page.

The shipping charge is intended to cover the costs associated with preparing, handling, transporting, and delivering the order. Customers should review the total order cost before completing their purchase.

3. Order Handling and Processing

After an order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, AP Rides LLC generally requires 1–5 business days to process and prepare the order for shipment.

Handling time may include payment verification, order confirmation, product preparation, packaging, documentation, scheduling with the carrier, and other fulfillment procedures.

Handling times are estimates and may occasionally be extended because of weekends, holidays, inventory availability, carrier scheduling, unusually high order volumes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Transit Time

Once an order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated transit period is 7–13 business days.

Transit time begins when the shipment leaves our facility or is accepted by the designated carrier. Carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, remote delivery locations, and other circumstances outside AP Rides LLC’s control may affect the actual delivery date.

5. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Customers should allow approximately 8–18 business days total from the time an order is processed to estimated delivery.

This estimate is calculated as follows:

  • Order handling: 1–5 business days
  • Carrier transit: 7–13 business days
  • Estimated total: 8–18 business days

The 8–18 business-day period is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery time frame. Customers should not make time-sensitive arrangements based solely on the estimated delivery date.

6. Tracking Information

When tracking information is available, AP Rides LLC may provide the customer with shipment or carrier tracking details. Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives the shipment.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking updates and ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment when required.

7. Delivery Delays

AP Rides LLC works with shipping carriers and logistics providers to facilitate timely delivery. However, once a shipment is in transit, delivery timing may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Examples include severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, carrier backlogs, holidays, incorrect addresses, regional service interruptions, customs or regulatory issues where applicable, and other unforeseen circumstances.

A delay by a carrier does not automatically qualify as a cancellation or refund entitlement.

8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Customers should inspect their shipment as soon as it is delivered. If the package or product appears damaged, customers should document the condition with photographs and contact AP Rides LLC promptly.

If an order appears to be missing or has an unusual delivery status, customers should contact us so that we can review the shipment and, where appropriate, communicate with the carrier.

9. Returns and Restocking Fee

Customers who qualify for a return under AP Rides LLC’s applicable Return and Refund Policy are responsible for a $1,500 restocking and return-shipping fee.

The $1,500 fee includes the applicable return shipping cost and restocking/handling expenses associated with receiving, transporting, inspecting, processing, and preparing the returned product.

The $1,500 fee may be deducted from the amount otherwise eligible for refund. Customers should contact AP Rides LLC before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may be subject to additional shipping or handling requirements.

10. Return Shipping Authorization

Customers must receive return instructions and authorization from AP Rides LLC before sending a product back. Customers should not independently arrange return transportation unless specifically instructed to do so.

The product should be returned in accordance with AP Rides LLC’s return instructions and, where applicable, in its original packaging with included accessories, documentation, and other components.

11. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping and contact information.
  • Reviewing their order information before completing checkout.
  • Being available to receive deliveries when required.
  • Inspecting products promptly after delivery.
  • Following AP Rides LLC’s return instructions when a return is authorized.
  • Paying any applicable fees described in this policy or the applicable order documentation.

12. Business Days

For purposes of this policy, business days generally mean Monday through Friday, excluding applicable federal holidays and days when carriers or AP Rides LLC are closed.

By placing an order with AP Rides LLC, the customer acknowledges that shipping and delivery estimates are approximate and subject to carrier and logistical conditions. The stated $1,000 shipping charge, 1–5 business-day handling period, 7–13 business-day transit period, and $1,500 restocking and return-shipping fee apply as described above unless different terms are expressly provided in writing for a particular order.
